Dosage and Administration
Nexium should be taken 30-60 minutes before planned meals, but should not be taken more than once daily.

The lowest level of toxicity of NEXIUM in plasma (mean value 3.0 mg/dL) is considered to be the lowest. The following values are for each individual patient:

I’m going to give you the first thing on this list. It was a good idea in the early days of the pharmaceutical industry and in the era of the ‘drug’. I’m going to put this in context.
